PyrActif are delighted to provide Cyclosport.org registered members with a dedicated week of Etape du Tour Recce opportunities. (Now two weeks - see above.)

Scheduled for the week of the 17th-24th and 24th-31st May, our recce events give you 6-7 weeks afterwards to hone your training schedule for the sportive itself.

We'll be offering 2,3,4 or 7-night trips, all of which will feature the chance to ride both the Col du Tourmalet and the climb to Hautacam.

Your Etape-route riding will benefit from vehicle support so you don't have to worry about carrying spares, extra clothing or bulky food supplies.

Accommodation will be on a half-board basis at our converted French farmhouse in the quiet Pyrenean village of Bertren and if you book either the 3-night, 4-night or 7-night options you'll enjoy free airport pick-up and drop-off to/from Toulouse. Our location provides you with a superb location from which to ride a host of 'big name' cols, with the Peyresourde, Aspin, Aubisque, Superbagneres and others all within easy riding distance.

For those bringing their own bike, we have secure bike storage and workshop facilities on-site. If you'd prefer, we have a range of titanium and carbon rental bikes available (please confirm sizes and availability before booking).

Offered at a discount of between 10% -17% against our normal rates, these trips represent a great way of ensuring you're fully prepared to achieve your Etape 2008 objectives.
